My work has evolved from a lifelong engagement with the natural world — especially plants — into a deeply personal exploration of contemporary abstract art.
Although my abstract paintings no longer depict recognisable landscapes or botanical forms, they remain connected to nature through an inner, imaginative lens. In recent years, my practice has shifted toward abstract expressions of emotion, speculative landscapes, and non-human forms.
This change reflects my curiosity about emerging digital art aesthetics and my response to today’s complex global events. My imagery blends the futuristic and the otherworldly with echoes of the natural world, creating visual spaces where the organic and the imagined meet.
I believe art isn’t just what’s hung on walls — it’s what happens in the moments between.
Here, I share studio snapshots, exhibition updates, and bits of the journey that inspire the work.
